Typical order processing times are between 1-2 business days. Ground Shipping will take anywhere from 1-6 business days, based on location.

    Orders placed on ryanhousecandles.com ship from our headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas, 76110. Currently processing times are 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. Ground Shipping transit times vary by location the order is shipping to.

    Once the package has left Ryan House and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays. If information regarding your package is needed, please contact the carrier directly for further information.

    MORE SHIPPING INFORMATION

    • Receive complimentary ground shipping on orders over $50+ (before tax). Ground shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories.

    • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on selected service at checkout.

    • We are unable to ship to addresses without a recipient. This includes P.O. Boxes. We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO Addresses

    • During high volume periods (i.e. sales and holidays) orders may experience a slight delay in processing times.

    • We are unable to edit, add or remove items on an order once it has been placed. If there is an issue with an order or it needs to be canceled, please reach out to customer service as soon as possible at Customers@ryanhousecandles.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

    • We do not ship to Freight Forwarders or Re-Sellers.

    • Tracking notifications will be sent when the orders label is created, not shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update accurately with an ETA.
